By entering the competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
  • Prize valid for two people
  • Prize is based on twin share. Single travellers may incur a supplement charge
  • Valid for use on www.fiftydegreesnorth.com for specified product only
  • Prize is valid for departures between May and September 2023. 
  • Prizes are based on land only and do not include airfares to and from the selected destination
  • It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they read and understand the inclusions and exclusions of the provided prize
  • Destinations or itineraries cannot be substituted
  • Departure dates are strictly subject to availability
  • Departure dates for prizes which fall in the following calendar year will be released approximate 3-12 months prior to departure. 50 Degrees North makes no commitment as to when dates will be released
  • Prize must be requested in writing no later than 60 days after the winner is announced or the prize will be forfeited
  • It is the winner's responsibility to redeem and book their prize
  • Where your preferred travel date options remain unavailable, the offer will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash
  • Offer is available to new customers only
  • Offer is not transferable to existing bookings
  • Prize not transferable
  • Prize not redeemable for cash or future credit
  • The prize excludes transfers to and from domestic or international airports
  • No payments will be made for any costs associated with claiming the prize
  • 50 Degrees North reserves the right to cancel the prize in the instance of a force majeure event as described in the 50 Degrees North terms & conditions. In such instances, no deferral, rebooking or compensation will be available.
  • No compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated
  • Not combinable with any other offers or competition
  • If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification
  • Prizes will be drawn on the final date of the Scandinavian film festival or as close to and the winners contacted by the entry email address
  • 50 Degrees North will not be liable for arrangements or expenses incurred outside of the package provided
